250 poor students to get higher education at RHSI
GARDEZ (Pajhwok): Hamas Welfare Foundation (HWF) has inked an agreement with Rana Health Studies Institute (RHSI) on providing free of cost higher education
to 250 poor students in southeastern Paktia province.
Abdul Hadi Hamas, HWF head, told Pajhwok Afghan News he had been trying for years to enable the countrymen and women to get free higher education.
He said he had been successful in his efforts and had convinced traders and businessmen to promote free education for poor people in the country.
“It is our priority that our countrymen get education in all fields. We all should try hard and not let anyone blame financial issues for his/her failure to pursue higher studies.”
Samiullah Ahmadzai, head of the RHSI, said the purpose of the agreement was to help poor students continue their education and spread awareness about welfare organizations.
